“This was the best tattoo experience I’ve ever had! Ugo was professional and personable from the moment I submitted my inquiry. We communicating via text to hammer out general details, which worked really well. On the day of the tattoo, she immediately made me feel at home in her shop. She had already had a design ready based on our prior conversations and was flexible when I wanted to change the location of the tattoo. We had a four hour session and it went by quickly as we talked and laughed throughout. The end result is my favorite (and most complimented) tattoo ever! I came to Ugo for my very first tattoo (her line work was initially what caught my eye) and I’m so glad I did! Starting with her patience with me making sure my tattoo was perfectly centered to the actual tattooing process, I have no complaints. On top of that, she was superrrr professional and her cats were great. Not to mention, the tattoo healed flawlessly! I plan to be back in the future.
